Our Story
When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease during my junior year of high school, my world changed overnight. Suddenly, the simple joy of sharing a meal felt like a source of anxiety. I realized early on that this journey isn’t easy, and it certainly isn't perfect—it’s a work-in-progress.
I started Little Miss Celiac as a personal diary to document my adventures, the trial and error, and the lessons learned along the way. I wanted to create the space I wish I’d had when I was first diagnosed: a place where dietary restrictions don’t feel like an isolation, but an invitation to find your own community.
Sharing my experiences through the blog taught me one vital thing: we all want to feel seen, heard, and—most importantly—well-fed. I realized that while words can provide comfort, a warm slice of banana bread provides a home.
Little Miss Celiac Baked Goods is the physical extension of that mission. We bake in small batches because we believe you deserve treats that don't just "taste good for being gluten-free," but are simply spectacular.
Whether you’ve been on this road for years or are just taking your first steps, you aren’t alone. Welcome to the community. Let’s make this journey delicious together.
